ModernGrindTech (MGT) is a solo full-stack development studio operated by David Olverson in Virginia, USA, serving clients worldwide. Every project is built and shipped by a single senior developer: no handoffs, no project managers, no agency overhead. All copy on this site reflects real shipped work; nothing in development is described as live.

Typical clients are small business owners, indie founders, and agencies that want a real engineer rather than a vendor: something built correctly the first time, on a predictable budget, in weeks not months. Work is fixed-price and scoped to an exact number, from $500 (marketing site or Discord bot) to $4,999 (full SaaS platform), with maintenance plans available after delivery. The stack is Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Prisma, Tailwind, Vercel, and Coolify. AI work (Claude, GPT, embeddings, RAG, autonomous agents) ships as deployed systems with real users, not demos.
