Most roadmaps are marketing. This one is code.
Agencies publish roadmaps with four-quarter gantt charts that never ship. The goal is to look busy in a sales deck. Every item slips, nothing gets dropped, and new features get added on top of the old debt.
This roadmap lists one next milestone per project and the specific focus driving week-over-week work. Open issue counts pull from GitHub every 10 minutes. If a project has 40 open issues and no recent commits, you see it. If a project ships a milestone, the roadmap updates.
Private repos show "private repo" instead of counts. Client work under NDA stays under NDA.
