The Challenge
eXp Realty Richmond needed to recruit two very different types of agents: those looking for team integration with mentorship, training, and shared resources — and independent operators who want the GRIDx model with maximum autonomy and technology support.
Most real estate recruitment sites are generic brochure pages that look identical to every other brokerage. The brief was clear: build something that immediately communicates what makes this branch different, helps agents self-select the right path, and converts without requiring a phone call first.
The secondary challenge was partner integration — lenders, title companies, and service providers who form the support network that agents actually care about when choosing a brokerage.
The Solution
The homepage immediately splits visitors into two clear paths: Team Integration for agents who want structure, or GRIDx Independence for operators who want autonomy. No guessing, no generic pitch.
A multi-step quiz that helps agents self-select the right path based on their experience level, business goals, and working style. Results include a personalized recommendation and direct booking link.
Detailed team pages with member profiles, specialties, production stats, and testimonials. Each team has its own identity and recruiting pitch — not just a grid of headshots.
A living calendar of training events, workshops, and masterclasses. Positions the branch as an ongoing education resource — not just a place to hang a license.
Dedicated pages for lending partners, title companies, and service providers. Positions the support network as a competitive advantage that agents get access to by joining.
Every page has a clear CTA hierarchy — primary booking, secondary form capture, tertiary quiz entry. No dead-end pages. Every visit has a next step.

The Result
The site launched with 20+ pages covering both recruiting paths, full team profiles, partner network pages, a training calendar, and an interactive fit quiz — all statically generated for instant load times.
The dual-path architecture means agents immediately see themselves in the right context. Team-oriented agents land on mentorship and collaboration messaging. Independent operators land on technology, autonomy, and revenue share. No one gets a generic pitch.
The site is the branch's primary recruiting tool — replacing PDF brochures, cold email decks, and in-person pitch meetings with a 24/7 conversion engine that does the work before the first call.
Whether you're a brokerage, a team, or a firm that needs to attract talent — book a call and I'll show you how to turn your website into a recruiting engine.
